Pricing & Additional Charges

• VAT will be applied to all fees at the relevant rates.

• Labour Charges – All pricing is per tradesperson.

• Materials – Billed at cost plus a 25% markup.

• Parking & Congestion Fees – Reimbursed at actual cost.

• Sourcing Fee – Where applicable, a fixed charge of £20 (excluding VAT) applies.

• Specialist Subcontractors – Charged at cost plus a 25% markup.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

To avoid a late notice fee of £20 + VAT, kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.

 

No-Show & Abortive Visit Policy

If we arrive at the scheduled location but are unable to complete the work due to circumstances beyond our control, the minimum booking charge may be applied.

For fixed-rate bookings or appointments set for weekdays after 6:00 PM or anytime on weekends, we reserve the right to charge the full estimated cost of the booking.
